1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise you, remember preferences, and measure usage. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and pixel tags; for simplicity we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required to operate the dashboard and process payments. Without these, the site can't function. Examples include session cookies set after sign-in and CSRF protection tokens.
Functional
Remember preferences such as the last organization you used, sidebar collapse state, and locale. These improve your experience but the site works without them.
Analytics
Help us understand how the marketing site and dashboard are used so we can improve them. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not deploy third-party advertising trackers on public Snapnlink card pages.
Marketing
Used on our marketing site to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns where active. These are set only with your consent.
3. Examples of cookies set
- sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token (strictly necessary): authentication tokens for the dashboard.
- snapnlink_org (functional): remembers the last organization you used.
- _snapnlink_session (strictly necessary): server-side session identifier.
- _pa (analytics, if active): privacy-aware analytics identifier with no cross-site tracking.
The exact list may vary as we add or remove features. A current detailed list is available on request.
4. How to control cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Be aware that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. You can manage marketing and analytics cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit to the marketing site.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the set of technologies we use evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes we'll surface a notice in the dashboard.
