Why are my dynamic QR scans not counted?
Make sure the QR points to your Snapnlink scan URL, not directly at the destination. Direct URLs bypass our redirect and analytics.
How do I update a printed QR without reprinting?
Open the QR code in your dashboard, edit the destination, and save. The next scan resolves to the new URL within seconds.
Can I move a card between organizations?
Yes. Owners can transfer cards in Organization settings. The card URL stays the same and analytics history is preserved.
Why does Apple Wallet say "could not download pass"?
This is usually a temporary network or certificate-cache issue on iOS. Remove the pass, hard-refresh the card page, and re-add it. If it persists, contact support with the card ID.
