Why are my dynamic QR scans not counted?

Make sure the QR points to your snapnlink.com scan URL, not directly at the destination. Direct URLs bypass our redirect and analytics.

How do I update a printed QR without reprinting?

Open the QR code in your dashboard, edit the destination, and save. The next scan will resolve to the new URL within seconds.

Can I move a card between organizations?

Yes, owners can transfer cards in Settings → Organization → Transfer. The card URL stays the same; analytics history is preserved.

Why does Apple Wallet say "could not download pass"?

Most often this is a network or certificate cache issue on iOS. Remove the pass, hard-refresh the card page, and re-add. If it persists, contact support with the card ID.
