Build and share a digital business card
Create a digital card with your details and links, then share it by link, QR code, or tap.
A digital business card is a single web page with your photo, role, contact details, and links. You can update it any time and share it without the other person installing anything.
Step 1: Start your card
- From the dashboard, open Cards and choose Create card (new accounts are guided through this during onboarding).
- Pick a template that suits your style — you can change everything later.
Step 2: Add your details
Fill in the fields that matter most:
- Name, job title, and company.
- Photo or logo. A clear headshot dramatically increases saves.
- Contact details — phone, email, website.
- Links — portfolio, booking page, social profiles. Lead with the two or three that drive the action you want.
Resist the urge to add everything. A focused card with a clear next step outperforms a cluttered one.
Step 3: Set a clear call to action
Decide what you want people to do: save your contact, book a call, or visit a specific page. Make that the most prominent button on the card.
Step 4: Share it
You have several options, and they all open the same card:
- Short link — copy it into messages, bios, or your email signature.
- QR code — show it on your phone screen or print it. Great for events and posters.
- Wallet pass — add the card to Apple or Google Wallet so its QR is one tap away. See add a card to Apple and Google Wallet.
Step 5: Keep it current
The advantage of a digital card is that it never goes stale. When your details change, edit the card once and every link, QR code, and wallet pass reflects the update automatically.
